Conditions

Please note the following conditions for an application:

  • Applications for press accreditations will only be processed if you are 18 years or older.
  • Applications for a press accreditation must be submitted 5 days prior to the event; after this, no further applications will be processed.
  • At least one publication prior to and following the event (Read on for more information regarding publication).
  • We kindly request that material we can use royalty-free for social media/promotional purposes be provided within 7 days after the event (Read on for more information regarding material submission).
  • Flying drones is not permitted at any event unless permission has been granted by the organization beforehand.
  • If you wish to photograph along the field or in specially designated paddock areas, you must receive a press vest at the event. Information regarding this will be emailed to you upon approval.

After the application is submitted, you will receive a response as soon as possible. Correspondence regarding the allocation or rejection of accreditation will not be entertained. If the application is approved, you will receive further information via email regarding the collection of a press vest. Please also read the following information regarding publication and material submission.

A condition for obtaining a press accreditation is a publication prior to and following the event. In most cases, this will involve a social media post on Instagram.

The following applies for Instagram:

  • Prior to the event, post at least 1 post and 1 story mentioning the event. Tag our Instagram account (@bifallstars) and that of the respective event in both posts.
  • After the event, post at least 1 post and 1 story mentioning the event. Tag our Instagram account (@bifallstars) and that of the respective event in both posts.

If you prefer to fulfill this requirement in a different manner, it’s always open for discussion.

We kindly request material to be provided within 7 days after the event for use in social media/promotional purposes.

The following applies:

Are you a photographer? Then the following conditions apply:

  • We would like to receive a minimum of 35 photos.
  • Please provide photos in various formats. Photographers have their own style, so please provide photos as you normally would. However, also consider square photos suitable for Instagram (1080×1080 Pixels), photos suitable for Instagram Story (1080×1920 Pixels). Providing different versions is also acceptable.
  • Provide photos without watermarks.

If you create material for Youtube, the following conditions apply:

  • We also appreciate receiving Youtube videos after they have been uploaded.
  • As these files are often large, they can be shared via Google Drive.
  • As an organization, it is possible to request individual images for promotional purposes.

If you have any questions about this or if you would like to complete this in a different way, this can of course be discussed. Failure to meet the conditions may result in new applications not being processed.
